These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Salon Platinum 121 ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 121 W. Columbus Ave., Bellefontaine, OH 43311. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Appointment Policy
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on stylist availability.
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or disrespectful to our staff or other clients.
2. Service Pricing
All prices listed on our website and in-salon materials are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Hair length and density
- Service complexity and time required
- Additional products or treatments requested
A consultation is always available prior to any service. Our team will communicate any pricing adjustments before beginning work.
3. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P)
By providing your mobile phone number and booking an appointment with Salon Platinum 121, you agree to receive automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from us related to your appointments and our services.
- Consent: Providing your phone number constitutes your written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Salon Platinum 121.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure of your plan's messaging rates.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at 937-407-6810.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We will not share, sell, or transfer your phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with any service received, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to make it right at no additional charge, provided the concern is related to the original service performed.
We are unable to offer refunds on completed services, but we are committed to ensuring you leave happy.
5. Health & Allergy Disclaimer
Salon Platinum 121 is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use of products when:
- A patch test was offered and declined by the client
- The client failed to disclose known allergies or sensitivities prior to the service
Clients with known sensitivities to hair color, chemicals, nail products, or skincare ingredients must disclose this information before any service begins.
6. Personal Belongings
Salon Platinum 121 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on salon premises. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
7. Children & Guests
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that children who are not receiving services remain supervised at all times. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests accompanying a client during a service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Platinum 121's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Logan County, Ohio.
